Our friend Charlie was killed when he was run over by a hit and run drunken driver. Charlie was a cofounder of The Kentucky Chapter of The Old Coots on Scoots.
Anyone whoever met Charlie knew at once they were talking to a dedicated rider. Charlie rode his Yamaha Vstar (nicknamed the Cootstar) all over several states. Charlie loved to ride and if anyone deserved an Iron Butt award it would have been Charlie. Below are some special photos of Charlie taken over the few years we knew him.
